These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on EclypseTCG.

Products: Collectible cards and accessories.
Prices: In Canadian dollars, taxes included, shipping fees excluded.
Orders: An order is considered confirmed after full payment.
Payment: By credit/debit card or PayPal.
Shipping: See Shipping Policy.
Ownership: Products remain the property of EclypseTCG until full payment is received.
Governing Law: Canadian law and applicable laws of Quebec.
Disputes: Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
